Air conditioning manufacturers recommend a preventative maintenance be preformed every year to be warranty compliant. Check your warranty information packet or online if not sure. We honor all manufacturer warranties. In highly corrosive environments such as Florida it is recommend twice a year.
Integrity Air & Heat Yearly Comfort Club Agreement special: $99.00 get (2) two preventative maintenances which includes the following:
- Check condenser coil and clean
- Check and adjust blower components
- Check thermostat calibration
- Check safety controls where applicable
- Check all electrical connections
- Check/monitor refrigerant level
- Check voltage and amperage on motors
- Two clean and checks per year
- Up to 2lbs of refrigerant
- Perform Seer Evaluation
- Sanitize evaporation coil
- Check and flush evaporator drain line to prevent water damage
- Check and monitor system for optimum operation, efficiency and capacity
- Check air filter for less restriction
- Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
- Check correct air flow
- Check starting capabilities
- Check/remove any debris from outdoor section
- Check for mold
- Check UV Lights

We offer $69.00 service calls and never charge overtime rates. Once the service tech diagnosis what the problem is he/she will give you a fair price for repairs. We have NATE certified technicians and have flat rate pricing. No matter where you live the price is the same. Don’t wait until your system breaks have a preventative maintenance preformed. The technician will check and clean both the indoor and outdoor components of your heating and air conditioning system. We offer a Comfort Club Agreement where we notify you every 6 months it’s time to come out and clean the system. You change the oil in your car every 3 months this is no different. You have moving parts that need lubrication and parts that need flushing to prevent corrosion. Your air conditioner works by transferring heat out of your house, the cleaner the indoor and outdoor coils the less costly the process will be. Don’t wait until it dies, most systems fail when being pushed the hardest, such as on holidays, when entertaining a lot of people.
